We know that many customers have no experience of buying a new home, and that the process can sometimes seem daunting. At Crayfern Homes, we will do our best to reassure you from the outset and be on hand to guide you through the process, answering any questions that you might have.

In addition we have produced a ‘Homefile’ as a further form of information about your home and its aftercare.

We are committed to handing over quality new homes to our customers and before you move into your new home it will undergo a thorough inspection.

When your new home is ready we will be happy to give you a tour of the property, demonstrate appliances and controls and take you through our Customer Service procedure.

We’ll make sure that you have essential information, such as details of the mains services, useful health and safety notes and the House Builders Warranty Certificate.

Finally, should you need us, Crayfern Homes Customer Services will be on hand to provide support for you once you have moved into your new home.
