In certain circumstances Crayfern Homes may consider the possibility of part exchanging your existing property against the purchase of a new Crayfern Home.
This will of course depend upon current market conditions and the price differential between the two properties and the type of property you have to sell.
The part exchange price will normally be assessed by two estate agents. They will provide us with a valuation and advice in respect of selling your property. Often one of the Directors of Crayfern Homes will arrange to meet with you in your home and discuss this with you in person.
A part exchange allows purchasers peace of mind with a firm underwritten sale price, allowing you to plan your move to your new home at an agreed speed of transaction and on moving dates to suit you.
The popularity of part exchange often means that we have homes available for sale that we have already taken in Part Exchange for one of our new homes.
